My 2009 Vw caddy 2.0tdi (BMM) is in need of a turbo replacement. Am i better off looking at getting the same garrett turbo fitted or dark side development sell a genuine melett turbo. Not sure which is the best one to go with for quality and Reliability? Thanks

Mellet used to only make the core but now seem to do a complete assembly I would imagine the quality is good if Darkside are selling them.
We buy all our turbos from Turbo Active in Hartlepool and have done so for quite a while and never had an issue, it really depends on how much you want to pay, stay away from the ebay ones as a lot of them are Chinese and last a few months.
Whatever you do dont drive it if the turbo is blowing oil or it may rev up on its own oil and blow up the engine
