Rear wheels off centre and rattle. Help appreciated.

Hello, I am new to the forum. I have a 2012 1.6tdi caddy and i noticed some unusual.
I have 19 inch alloys under it and it has a v-maxx lowering kit, one of my wheels stick out beyond the arch ever so slightly more than the other side, I was wondering has the axle flip have anything to do with it, maybe it wasn't fitted correctly. I have also noticed that there's a strange rattle in the back going at low speeds and over slight bumps.

Something doesn’t sound right mate. Im sure there’s locating pins on the axle and holes in the shackles. I’d get underneath and check the shackles are located properly and everything is tight
