Pricing a caddy camper

I’m looking to sell my caddy camper in a couple months, but unsure as to what it’s worth. I see some advertised at very high prices (unsure whether or not they change hands for that kind of money) and others oddly cheap.
Mines a 2015 1.6 Maxi which will have 120k-130k on the clock once I’m done with it. Insides nicely converted with a lounge / bed (small double, full length of van), proper kitchen with 2 burner hob, sink, waste/fresh water tanks, gas bottle etc. Van x curtains, tinted windows, cambelt at 100k, recent full service, recent tyres etc etc
