Can any body tell me if these would fit my 2013? Would they just be direct swap and plug in?

They aren't a direct swap and would need modifying to fit. I'm told there are a couple of people on here who have done it though

You have to cut the tab/clip off with a dremmel as the hole in the wing is a different shape then put on a piece of double sided tape in its place to secure it to the wing. You can wire that new bulb connector in place of your existing one or do what I did and just push your bulb into the hole and tape it to secure.
