Re: Steering angel sensor
Have you tried to turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock?

Re: Steering angel sensor
The steering angle sensor on your van is compared from the steering rack and the ABS wheel speed sensors if I remember correctly. Did you disconnect any of the wheel speed sensors? Or maybe adjust track rod ends?

Re: Steering angel sensor
Ok, did you adjust the tracking at all or just put the new end on where the old one came off?
There is a tolerance on the sensor, it must be within X° of its actual centre.
I'm not sure exactly of the tolerance but it is in the Ross-tech wiki.

Re: Steering angel sensor
Steering wheel was still bang on straight but I did have to wind the adjuster nut another 3/4 of a turn to lock it up , was going to get the tracking re done on my first day off , if it’s adjusted back will it fix the issue, ?

Without plugging in a looking at measured values it's hard to say exactly what is wrong. If you have VCDS, check what's going on in the steering assist module.
