Anybody have any idea what this is?

While replacing my light switch today I noticed a little box with four switches tucked in with the rest of the loom.
Doesn't look like it would be standard to me, but I could be wrong.
Anybody got any idea?

I tried but it goes straight into the loom which goes deeper behind the dash

Possibly an aftermarket unit for controlling auto lights / coming home lights etc

Does your van have those features ?
Are they factory ?

The sticker says "temperature"?
Those dip switches are probably to change a setting on some system or device.
Is there anything in the way of an aftermarket system in your caddy, something like a night heater or similar?

Failing that, is there any aftermarket system installed? Or maybe has been removed?

Yes it says temperature, and not that I know of, I assume it's been used only as a commercial vehicle it's whole life due to where I got it from they had a whole fleet of them with the slamlocks all in the same positions, and very similar reg numbers, so I wouldn't have thought it would have anything aftermarket installed, only if it was some sort of tracker/GPS unit.

Ahhh Iv just pulled the light switch trim off and followed it to a blue unit that says GPS on the sticker, so yes I take it it's a tracker ImageImageImage

Yep, that looks very much like a tracker.
