About 2017 caddy issue

Hi all! I have 2017 caddy with minor front damage. After small incident it wont turn over just click sound from engine bay. Is there a kill switch reset button somethere on it or the way to fix the problem? Thank you so much

Could be a flat battery not having enough power to turn the starter motor but just enough power to operate the starter motor solenoid which will make the clicking noise but not able to crank the engine. Try jump starting it of a known good battery and see it that cures it or charge up the existing battery thats on the vehicle.

Tried new battery, tried to jump start with other car, drag start with a rope nothing, it should be something with electric

Has it got the original battery, and if so, is it branded “Moll”? If so, then many of these batteries have proved to be faulty, not hold their charge, etc. I had loads of problems before VW swapped it out under warranty.
