Messaged him pal, just waiting in a response. Probably gone to be fair but worth a try. Cheers

Great news, as I said in my earlier post, you won't be dissapointed in them. What colour and design did you go for?

They are very straight forward to fit, instructions not necessary. Although a little tip from experience, you get a better fit on the actual seat base covers if you fit them with the seats removed as I eventually have got around to doing with mine. Its much easier to get them pulled tight and tied off with the seats out of the vehicle. Worth doing in the long rum IMO.

My personal take on covers is that they are a great quick upgrade for cheap and cheerful but once you get up in to the more expensive ones your better off with a new pair of seats or retrim

I can assure you guys that the GTE seat covers are far from a cheap and cheerful fix. These are a real quality item. Front ones 2 years on and back ones 12 months on. Still looking as good as new! :D

@Craig

What was your difficulties fitting the covers with the seats in place?

I don’t want to mess about with the seat wiring in fear of setting the airbag off.

@ashingham it is possible to fit the covers with the seats in situe as i did initially. If you remove the seats access underneath is far easier as you can remove the plastic trim turn the seats upside down and get them tied off tighter and neater.

And to remove the seats, leave ign off and just unplug the wiring?

No lights on the dash when you refitted?

NO! I would disconnect the battery have a cuppa for 10/15 mins then unplug the seats. This will deactivate the air bags and should prevent any error lights appearing afterwards. Reconnect all wiring before re-connecting the battery.

Had some time to fit the seat covers today. Didn’t have the spline bit to remove the seats so struggled with the bases. I’ll get the bit ordered removed the seats and have another go when they are out the van but for now they are a massive improvement over stock
