For anybody looking in future E10-85-019-02-22 is the kit you need and comes with front springs and rear hangers and spring plates. Everything you need is in the box, other than tools obviously.

Just as a note my van didn't have any bolt through the leaf spring. It has a solid pin the you can see in the below picture
Eibach thoughtfully include an adapter for this type of spring in the kit which sits in the bottom plate and locates the pin preventing the spring from moving. Pain to get the plates to line up but used a ratchet strap to pull the axle into place.
