Trouble fitting BMM turbo

Hey looking for some help, trying to fit a BMM turbo to my caddy but unsure what the extra hole in the manifold is for and how the oil feed fits as it won’t clear the actuator.

Think the extra hole is for a egt probe which is used for the dpf it would normally have, afraid cant comment on the oil feed

Managed to sort it, new oils feed from dark side, blanked the hole for the egt and all is grand!!
