Tyre help pleass

Hi everyone,
Im Al from Dublin, new to the group.
Can anybody help me with tyre choices?
Im running 19 inch 8.5j ET44 AMG 447 alloys with 235/35/19 tyres.
Im on standard suspension and would like to put a bit more rubber between the wheel and road.

Previously i had 255/40/19 on some A5 alloys.
But they were ET32, stuck out too far, and rubbed against the inside lining of the arches on full lock.

Im hoping to lower a little soon too. Not by much, just to loose a bit of the massive arch gaps.
Any advice would be great,
