Which engine cover? Maxi 65 plate 1.6tdi

Hi

I know this will have been asked 100 times

But WHICH engine cover do I need for my 65plate ex bg 1.6tdi?

I thought I knew which one to get until my brother bought himself a 14 plate 1.6tdi golf

I took a look at his engine assuming it would be fundamentally the same as what’s in the van

His engine cover looks like this -




Is that the one I need for my van? -

I believe there are several styles that will fit

You will also need to buy two ball pegs to fit here, available off eBay for about £15

And the oil ring/seal to go around the filler cap

I got mine off a golf like that and it fits great
