Had a thought earlier at work while looking at the van, to try and add up what Iv spent on it.
Wish I didn't!!!

So far I'm at just over 5.5k in 9 months!!

Darkside next month will add another £1700
Then final bits Iv got planned at approx £2500, ie heated seats, audio, gti bumper and other odds and sods
Did want a respray eventually. May re-think that now
I will not be telling this development to the Mrs tonight
I know there are show vans on here that will dwarf that number, and rightly so. But this was always intended to be a work van
Is this getting out of hand or are others in this black hole of doom aswel??!

Just had a quick tot up and I'm at about £2500 in 12 months. Done a bit of wheeler dealing on mine where I've taken stuff off and sold it to pay for other stuff. Reckon I've another £3k before it's where I want it

No plus the van, used all new genuine parts. I spent £1756 at TPS on trims, grills brackets and clips! Although edition 30 side trims were a fair chunk of that. Had 90% of the van resprayed when it was facelifted just bits here and there have added up!

Thanks mate, I’m there’s plenty of people that have spent much more. I just wished I started with a newer van if I’m honest... it’s in for a Touran dash tomorrow!
