Re: Cornish Caddy build thread
I will figure it out I’m sure it’s just frustrating. Also I’m assuming key removed during installation, ignition for programming engine on for testing. I’m gonna go test it now. Bloody thing

I think I had my key in my pocket, however don’t think it would make any difference

Pretty sure I had to tick mine in long coding with vcds for them to work.

Cornish Caddy build thread
So it’s been a while, but today I fitted an RCD510 that I managed to pick up with Bluetooth module for £60 which I thought was a bargain. I need to acquire a loom for the Bluetooth module and figure out if and how I can wire in a usb.
The list is slowly getting shorter . . . Apart from the bits I’m adding to it!

Re: Cornish Caddy build thread
Been a little while but I’ve been plodding as and when the right things come up for the right price.
Here’s a couple of pics of stuff I’ve been upto
Fitted a mfsw, need to upgrade the cluster and swcm before I can code it in
Installed a fixed bike mount from blokpod so I can take my trusty steed to the woods!
Fitted an rcd510 have installed an own Bluetooth module but currently seem unable to see it on my phone. I’m wondering whether it’s due to the low line cluster. Must investigate
So today I started sound deadening the rear, insulation to follow. I have a funeral to go to next week and I refuse to stay in a relatives house. I’m gonna make a makeshift pallet wood bed for the time being.
It’s fair to say I’ve fallen in love with the caddy. Ffs.
