You may need to move a pin in the abs if it’s a pre face lift

Sorry to high-jack this thread.

I figured the question is of the same topic and would benefit being in the same thread.

I've a late 2005 1.9tdi caddy, with the most pov of clusters, you know the one with the bank circle where the coolant temp gauge is meant to be?

I've swapped clusters in golfs before and have had issues with early short coded ABS cars when it comes to really late colour clusters, as they require a long coded abs module.

Do caddys suffer the same issues?

Is there a full height white MFD cluster option for my 2005 caddy that doesn't involve an ABS nightmare?

Ok. Mine is currently fitted with a 1k0 907 379 P

No idea how that effects what cluster I can swap in.
All I can tell is that is a basic short coded ASR off unit.

I’ve got cluster part number 2k0920965A it’s a midline (no picture of car with door open)
Looking at my options for upgrade.
Seen people mentioning about fitting golf clusters. Modifications required obviously. Would a 5K0920972A work?
