Headlights and other bulbs
Is there a error free led/xenon style bulb kit that is compatible with the caddy without spending £100's?

I've been using Orsam H4 led bulbs in my Caddy for a few months, plug and play with no issues so far. Looks tha part and seems to be brighter too.

They look good. Was just looking at the price but where I've seen them for sale they say that they are not road legal.
Any ideas why ? And why are they for sale if they are not legal?
