As you say you are missing the wiring for the hazard switch and those plugs are right below the hazard switch hole I would suggest they are the connectors for the hazard switch

Looks as though someone has modified the factory wiring plug for the hazard switch to maybe fit some sort of interface.
Did your van have a beacon on at any point?

Well that’s what I thought but those connectors do not fit into the hazzard switch as the switch has 4 big prongs and they have 6 small holes :/

Yea, as in a flashing light of some sort.
It's unusual to see modifications on the hazard switch wiring, I can't think of anything else it'd have had.
What was your caddy used for before you bought it?

It’s a 2016 caddy but I think that dash inside is for a mk3 :/ so I probably have the wrong dash for the wiring areas

Oh, ok.
You're right, that's not a Caddy4 dashboard.
The Caddy4 has a different hazard switch and also a passenger airbag warning light up there.

Yeah lol was a small nightmare, as the new no 4 hazard switch is square and has different connections and this dash has the triangle hole Image sorted now tho had to buy both hazard buttons and make one Image
