Hi, welcome to the forum.
The CECM is located above and behind the cabin fuse panel.
If you have factory fog lights you won't need to upgrade for xenon lights retrofit.

Thanks for the reply.. Ahh yes i have factory fitted foglights, that's a bonus not needing to upgrade the module. Looking to buy the ross tech vcds, would the xenon's be something i could code myself or safer to get someone experienced in?
