Thanks @Azz03. I got the rear seats too which do add considerable weight. I'll start at 18 then & see how I get on

[mention]thecolourpurple [/mention] no worries mate happy to help. Just what ever you do don’t set the shocks to full on the + as that will be no dampening at all and will probably damage the shocks eventually this is what I was told by gaz them selves

So had the Gaz rear dampers fitted & what a difference. No more clunky knocking noise just feels like I have rear suspension for the 1st time since I've owned the van. Bye bye v maxx rear shox.
