I’m running the same conversion pd130 and loads of other mods. What you have sounds like a misfire from injectors and with these engines it’s common for the injector loom to become brittle when hot I had this myself

Just been made aware that it's actually a gtb1752 turbo
Unsure what these would be off

Strange that it's got a GT1749 number on it.
Where did you find the new number?

My friend had a look and said it is a 1749 as his into his pd130's , but speaking to the lad I bought the van from he managed to get in touch with the lad who built it and he said it's a 1752 that he had fitted to it
Would dub unit be able to do a custom map on it?

That's probably a question for Matt directly rather than on a forum he doesn't visit very often.
I could ask him on your behalf but if I started that I'd end up as middle man for several people and bring headaches on myself I could well do without.
