Complete touran conversion

Hi there,

Just bought a 2008 caddy maxi bls 1.9 TDI and I’m thinking about buying a 2006 up or rather a 2010 up touran and swapping out everything possible. Depending on the engine quality maybe I wil or won’t swap that with the gearbox.

Does anyone know where to find a build tread like this? And what problems will i run in to with wiring and other things. Things like modifying mirrors are no problem ofcourse.

Also can my manual be converted to DSG?

Good to ad to the above. Swapping engine and gearbox is no must. I would love a better looking front end and a better looking interior. So maybe a T1 touran would be the easy option. T3 looks far better but swapping out dash etc without swapping out the complete loom seems almost impossible.
