Caddy mk4 bulb replacement

Hi Peops probably been asked before?
Just replacing headlight bulbs on caddy mk4 for LED NOVSIGHT 6500K, DC9V-32V, S2 FIT
The Inner bulbs took 5 minutes but do you have to remove headlight to change outer bulbs ?

Inner bulbs are Auxito LED LIGHT , WHITE.

Any help would be appreciated.

no in answer to question its just bloody tight to get hands in. i put some leds in and had to put baseplate in loose then half slide bulb in then clip base plate in proper then bulb as was too long to get in in one go

Please be aware that an LED lamp fitted to a headlight designed for a halogen lamp is an MOT failure.

The following is taken from https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... conversion

Section 4.1.4 of the current MOT inspection manual for both motorcycles and cars and passenger vehicles states ‘Existing halogen headlamp units should not be converted to be used with high intensity discharge (HID) or light emitting diode (LED) bulbs. If such a conversion has been done, you must fail the headlamp.’

Did you have installed the bulb? Do you have a error message on your obd?

Yes the bulb light pops up every now and again? Sometimes not ?
