Re: Roof rails
Received my rails and cross bars from dst a few days ago. Not fitted them yet but they seem okay. they're a fraction cheaper if you get them off the dst ebay shop
Will try and get them fitted this weekend and let you know what the fit is like.

Re: Roof rails
Fitted the dst ones this evening and the fit is good. My van has a few small dents and undulations around the mounting points from the previous owners rack (not sure what they did???)
so the rubber feet needed a little persuading to sit flat but other than that they are fine.
Mounting holes are sloted to allow for a little bit of adjustment.
The rails are marked L and R on the underside. Not sure if they're actually handed but i went by that and everything lined up first time
Only used the front two mounting holes as my van doesnt have the third hole at the back. Once the front two are tightened up it feels pretty solid.
Only rated for loads up to 50 kg with the cross bars but thats more than enough for me.
Only thing thats not so great is the plastic blanking caps that cover the bolt holes. They are a bit of a loose fit anf quite fragile.
Dont think they will do very well if they need to be removed more than a few times
