If you are looking for a second hand unit to fit your van then they will all fit as you have to surface mount them - no pressed area to fit them in.
Later units have drain channels at the bottom (inside condensation to outside) and these are very often damaged when the window is removed
If you are buying a used door to replace your L/H one then they are probably only going to come from Germany as they are very rare in the UK (SWB Life).
Also be aware that there may be issues with catching on the rear panel as the Life has a pressed area to accommodate the slider depression and rear window !!!

@petrev I will keep that in mind! Yes have my eye on the left hand window. Ideally I need left hand door with window I think, checking every day now - hopefully something will come up.
