Unless you already have heated / electric seats in the van you'll need to aid all the looms, modules etc.

When you have the post count needed and put the request in for full access you'll be able to Message StanTheMan who will be able to help you.

Have a read of the first pinned post for new users and it'll tell you how and when you can get full access.

Thanks for that,
Just one plug on my seats for seat belt occupy could I just leave it unplugged or would that bring on the airbag light?

The yellow plug?

Yeah that will likely bring a light on, but easy to turn off again with even a cheap eBay OBD reader.

Most VAG seats will have the same plug, or at least similar set up, so you can cut the plug with some wire tails off your old seats, then just properly wire them into the loom on any you want to install.

That's what I've done on the MK5 GTi seats I just put in, as long as you do it right you won't have any issues or lights.

So this morning I wiped out my passenger seat,
Unfortunately the plugs are different sizes and the wires are different colours on each harness.
I'll hopefully get someone to make one for perhaps stan. I've messaged him on Instagram so fingers crossed.

Yellow plug - Airbag.

I have had Audi A1, Skoda Roomster, Golf 6, Tiguan, Seat Ibiza, and all have different yellow plugs !!!
How can VAG make so many different 3 pin plugs for exactly the same job ????

Yellow plugs have brown and 2 other colours for wires.
Join Brown to Brown.
Other colours don't matter (so far as I have found), just join them up.

Other plugs can be left unplugged, but then you don't have seatbelt warnings (or heated seats if fitted).

If you prefer all neat and simple then our esteemed members tommyzooom and stan-the-man (check spelling?) can make great adapter cables.

Cheers
That's great information.
I'm not able to PM anyone as of yet.
Have to get.my.post count up but don't want the Mods to think I'm spamming threads just to get there.
I'll hang
Unless the two guys have websites or ebay shops perhaps?
