Hey,
Has anyone managed to extended the overhead storage successfully? We are thinking about doing it, but not sure on the best way or whether it be worth it?

Haven't seen it done yet.
Is possible of course, depends 9n how far and what material you'd use.
If it were me I'd probably be getting a spare one from the breakers and then cutting that about and extending with ply or abs sheeting. Then carpet the lot so it appears one whole thing.
