Caddy MK3 Front Facelift to Touran 2014....is it possible?

Hey guys, I recently bought a Caddy Mk3 2007, and I have a friend stripping his Touran 2014. I know the 2003 to 2007 Touran front end parts are interchangeable with the caddy mk3, would the 2014 Touran front fit the caddy, or has it been done before? Thank you!
