Removing stickers from paintwork

Post by JPH77 »

Wanting to remove the tyre pressure stickers from the wheel arches (Ex B G).... What's the options for removing them without damaging the paint?

I thought about using a heat gun to melt the glue but thought best to ask on here before scorching the paint and regretting it :D

I peeled mine off on a sunny day mate when they were warm, then washed it, they were real easy to remove.

Try a hairdryer hopefully it will give enough heat without affecting paintwork

WD40 also works if you can get under an edge.
