Hi all,
Looking for a local company that can help me out with my van.
Nothing major, just a good service and also looking for a remap and remove limiter.

Really just looking for a good outfit i can keep going back to.

Give Camco 88 a call. They did the Turbo on my Audi A8 and later a few other electrical jobs. They were spot on. They’re by IKEA on the Gemini park.

Depends on how "local" is local. A 30 minute drive will get you to Central Audi/VW at Ellesmere Port who operate from a fully equipped warehouse and as independent VAG specialists will not be charging the main dealer labour rates but still only use genuine parts. I was impressed by the work they have done on my Maxi.

As for a remap - Pendle Performance is a fair bit further away in Lancashire (1 hour) but again, if you are prepared to make the trip they can make a dramatic change for a caddy - and you will be smiling all the way home. They offer a quality rolling road remap complete with before and after printouts and if you mention this forum they offer discounted rates.
Again they are a very professional outfit (not your man with a laptop outfit who grab you cash and upload any generic map they found on the web) . They will always carry out a basic mechanical check of the vehicle before they even start, so if the check reveals the clutch is already on its way out, they will let you know and discuss how you want to procede. Likewise they are happy to discuss/advise on power level options before you commit to the remap.
