Bonnet release lever

Hi again all,

I have managed to break the bonnet release lever - just wondering if anybody has replaced the assembly and how easy the job was? Looking at the existing assembly it just looks like 2 screws and the cable lug? Is this correct or is there more to it?

Do you mean the lever under the dash itself is broken? That is removed by a clip, if it is just that bit broken it is an easy fix.

That’s the one - the lever itself has rounded teeth so just slips on the mechanism, I have ordered the replacement mech. That’s reassuring! Thanks

Would you believe - today my van died - injector 2. The AA guy was willing to do the injector there and then for me BUT couldn’t get the “€#%^*^< bonnet open! Fantastic
