Water underneath storage compartment

Hello,

For a while now there's water ingress under the storage compartment in the passengers footwell (in the back).
The carpet in the compartment doesn't get very wet (only when the water builts up underneath) but i managed to feel under the carpet and the isolation material is wet.

The dealer replaced the door seal (sliding door), but there is still leaking water.

I see a lot of topics about the roof rack bolts... can that be the problem?
The water comes from beneath, as the sides of the storage compartment stay dry.

Anyone with similar problems?
