Caddy Bonnet Lock seized

Hi all!

Been through the lovely struggles of the caddys bonnet cable setup and ended up having to cut through my bumper. I've now taken the lock housing out and it seems as if the lock itself has seized, had a play around and no luck so far. not really sure what part of the mechanism I should be targeting to try to release it. anyone got any tips or advice before i fork out for a new one?
