I've seen a caddy recently with a Connect seat mounted in the rear behind where the bulkhead normally sits.
Horrifically, there was no additional support added and with the seat only bolted to the thin floor section we normally remove for Touran/Life rear seats.
The guy I pointed this out to has since removed the seat and is getting a proper job done, rather than have his nipper injured or even worse.

I reckon if I'd got in the back and shoulder charged the seat, I'd have creased the floor.
Much less force that the baby elephant they used to mention in the Safety adverts.

Ive just got my caddy and have been looking into keeping usable space and fitting an espace removable seat with the rails.

The length of the rails could be used to mount in various places right through the whole floor providing a stronger solution.

An example can bee seen here in a t4
