Rear interior lights wiring?

So I purchased these lights set of eBay for the rear of the van

What is the best way to go about wiring them in currently have the standard lights but they just aren't bright enough. Ideally if it wasn't to much hassle I would put them on a switch but happy enough to have it standard also

Is there any videos or previous listings to show me how to go about it
