Which alloys?

Post by CADDY.D »

I have recently done a deal with my brother for my RS6's.....which now leaves me in the market for a new set of wheels.

Dont know what to go for but i have been looking at R8 style, S5 style or just go for another set of RS6's.Any recommendations or would you go for something totally different.

I have gained a set of A6 wheels in the deal, which will do for the winter months.these are 16" which will fit over the GTI calipers but i now have a set of 15" steels with about 8k miles on them which are of no use to me.....anyone interested in these?

The thought of cleaning spoked alloys doesn't appeal to me but a vw isn't complete without a set of BBS's 8)

Why do you want to buy reps? I'd look for a set of o.e 2008 S8 if you really want a vag wheel

I decided to go with the audi S5 replicas.Budget didn't stretch far enough for an oem set.

These are 18x8J with 225-40 tyres. offset is 45.Cost me £500 with bolts and locknuts.
