Hi,and wecome to the forum.
I think it would have to be a custom made exhaust for the caddy although magic was able to fit an R32 exhaust with few exrta brackets and bits of pipe,he also lost his spare wheel.
CADDY TDI has a custom exhaust,he may have some more info.

Milltek do a exhaust for the Caddy but expect to pay around £450 for it without fitting.
It's cat back but if I was to do mine I'd be doin a Cat removal along with it.
