Hi @Hef355
Control Customs mate, they’re down in Devon (TQ12), excellent service, I sent it on Wednesday, they got it Thursday, and it was back here this morning. Going to get it fitted and coded on Saturday hopefully, as I’m off this weekend :D :D
Cheers

So you sent a standard polo wheel to them and they recovered and shaped it like that and fitted the paddles too? Amazing! Can I be so bold and ask what it cost? Don’t feel obliged to say if you don’t want to buddy I can ask them tomorrow

Chaps
It was £397.00p all in to build a bog standard Polo GT wheel into the spec I wanted. Reshaped wheel, with Nappa Leather perforated at grip, and plain nappa leather at top and bottom, Piano Black R Line trim, and I wanted Gold Paddle shifters to match my seats. A little on the dear side, but I’ve been working my danglies of for weeks, and thought I’d treat myself ImageImage

Sorry @gazza31112 Image
I’m a Caddy Life @Hef355 so all 7 seats are matching, I’m looking to get the centre armrest trimmed next, and possibly the retrotrims A Pillar trims with gold stitching as well Image

@petrev is that the recycled plastic insulation?
Is the van any quieter now you've done the sound deadening and insulation?

Yes - B&Q finest recycled plastic insulation.
For thermal insulation mostly, but should be helping a bit.
Car seems quieter, but psychoacoustics may be working. Always difficult to tell definitively, but seems better to me.
