@RBJ2206 the touran seats don't fit directly to a maxi, they need the brackets cut out of the touran a welded into the caddy. There are a few people on forum who have done it and took pictures that will help make sense.

@RBJ2206
you have a standard kombi (bench and single) seat setup so these won't fit your floor mounts...
Yeah the seats are Touran sport one's and i also have the matching front seats .

Re: What did you do to your van today?
@pizzaman. From a wiring perspective you shouldn't have any problems. The kit I bought from Travelin lite came with pin removal tool & wiring diagram. Its just a case of moving some of the pins around but due to the right side not having a reverse lamp you end up with a spare pin. You will need to fit a resistor or have access to vcds to solve it.

I tried to change my car radio, but discovered I need an extra harness to adapt. It's on the way. At least the aftermarket rad is built in the new frame and ready to go now...

I bought a 180ah alternator from a Passat CC for £30! No idea if it actually fits or not but I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it

Fitted some VW Touran leather heated seats! Feel comfortable. Just waiting for the looms and heater unit from Tommyzooom and bought a VCDS cable so can code it myself and for future use
