@Gazear I gad the same issue on mine last year and ended up being the master cylinder. Thinl I paid £180 fitted. Hope you get it sorted soon.

Fitted the mk4 tail lights this morning. Opted for the genuine vw tinted ones from travelin lite.
Would like to say thanks to Doc for his how to on the re pinning of the plugs, much appreciated.
Just got to get over to a chap in hemel Hempstead that as vag can pro to do the necessary coding. He is charging £30 which I thinks is very reasonable.
I'm based in Essex just incase anyone else needs is looking for a coder.

A friend of mine removed the factory D8S. In its place, Koito BiLED (Toyota / Lexus) was installed.

Installed the missing vent trim to stop me going mad. Also made a start on the ambient and courtesy lighting

Fitted center armrest that I spotted in my local VW scrapyard whilst grabbing some other bits.
Little did I know it was NOT a 10min job to fit..... couple of hours later it was in and with no bolts left over!

Had a new timing belt, waterpump and adjustable front drop links fitted.
