Love this sunglasses holder.
You happen to have the part number for these? Looks fantastic, much better than the "oh jesus" handle for scared passengers :lol:

Have you fitted your wheels yet fella?
I am about to pull the trigger on a set from them with the same dimensions.....the site 'willtheyfit' seems to suggest the poke will be considerable? I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if 30.4mm at the front and 40.1mm at the rear will work, while still being able to open the door?

Sorry only just seen this.

From what I gather there’s a couple of types of rear axel and some people struggle with 9j poking out on the rear. I’m fortunate that mines a narrow one and also it sits slightly offset and pokes out more on the drivers side with the passenger side sitting further inwards. I’ve not test fitted yet but I’m assuming they’ll be fine as I had that set up before.

This is my current set up with et42 and 8.5j which is not quite as wide to 9j et45 but not far off and plenty of room still.

Thanks bud, good info. I'm stuck in a loop here, going through what is apparently a spot on fit, and what will interfere with the door!
I've spoken to Craig at alloys-direct, and he seems a sound bloke 👍 I'll make a decision today, for sure! :lol:

@Stedlocks

I have 10j x 20 ET45 with 245/30’s on the rears of mine. I modified the door by cutting a section off the bottom of the door to create a step in to pass the rim. Works great, looks neat and no wind noise or water coming in.

Let me know if anyone wants more info and photos guys.

Quite a simple job really and allows you to fit far more combinations of wheels out thereImageImage

hef!

@stedlocks

I think you’ll be pretty safe on the 8.5j et42 but don’t quote me on it

Craig was a legend to me, they really did provide a good service when I bought my alloys through them

And he’d, Ive seen your mod fella, and if needs be (I hope not!) I’ll go over it with you👍
