I like to try and provide a chuckle every now and then
The exhaust and tank look like a perfect fit together there mate. You’ve obviously been meticulous with your measurements and build.
It looks factory. I bet you’re itching to drive it!!

Thanks Pete, really pleased how it’s turning out and coming together now! ... how right are you that i’m itching to drive it!!! It’ll be weird looking in the mirrors and not seeing those big wheels wobbling everywhere haha ... extra grip will be good too I must admit

Yeah, I’ve never experienced the wheel wobbling thing. Then again, I don’t drive that fast and my lowering/wheel combo isn’t that extreme. (If those factors make a difference, I’m not sure)
It’ll go like it’s on rails hopefully mate! Does the Anglesey circuit do track days? It’s nice and local for you.

Thanks Sean mate! Im lucky to have some great tools and workshop facilities and the icing on the cake a brilliant mate who happens to be a VAG commercial master tech! He’s also a total petrol head and rally enthusiast too and 100% bad influence on me lol but in a good way and great fun! Already planning the route to circa 500 bhp if the van handles as well as i’m hoping it will! All good harmless fun!

Also made a start on stripping my little mk1 Caddy pick up which will be like going back to the days of Noah’s Arc technology compared to Caddy R36

Really looking forward to the pick up project though as never done a refurb before

So, we have a 4 stage RS3 sound adjusting system in the R36! My friend figured out the wiring tonight and we are both made up! All switchable from the dash
1. Quiet
2. One flap medium
3. 2 flap loud!!
4. 2 flap mid way which is an average decibel!

Really made up!

@Doc would love to post a video up of this, could you upload it on this build page Doc if i send it to you?
