Impressive work mate the exhaust and fuel tank are amazing !

Did your Passat donor come with elec handbrake out of interest ?

@Barbel330 cheers Stu mate, cant take any credit for this though as my mate got the RS system for me free and also came up with the idea of a 4 way sound control which im made up with buddy

@Grifnut cheers mate, enjoyed making the tank tbh buddy and making another one now for a mate. In fact he bought the Passat R36 wagon off me last week. He’s also converting his Caddy tfsi to 4 motion ... may seam weld this one myself now that ive warmed up the welder lol!

Yes, the Passat did have the electric handbrake buddy

@hef355 yes it’s a rotary switch, I guess a mirror switch knob could be made to fit on it and install in the ashtray or in a blank by the coin tray
I haven’t used one but it seemed the best option on fleabay
You’ll find something I’m sure

Bumper on and the RS system fits pretty well with the new apertures ... now to blank the old centre R32 aperturesImage
