The colour of your caddy is smart, those wheels really suit it. It looks like it is sitting at just the right height.

Right ok so I got back from work last night and my vents had arrived so I started on them.

So done the first vent, well that's as far as I got so far....

After reading what others had said about the TT vents not reaching the tubes, so a bit of deliberation I came up with a plan. So I carried on butchering the vent to carry out the plan.

So yes ok were all not good at fabrication but it was an idea that will maybe give others a better plan of attack.

So here what I had last night...

Yeah gaffer tape comes in handy lol

So after unpacking the glue gun....

Yeah not the prettiest looking but your not going to see it and it does the job.

So now to the other three..

Comments and criticism welcome

I think they look great, bud. Did you put them in upside down, like others have? What's the airflow like?

Probably not as they don't seem to come down low but hey I don't like them straight in the face either that or I will swap the bits about if it annoys me lol

I feel they are much better airflow than stock ones so I feel happy now

Good work, buddy. I'll get my arse in gear with some vents when I've paid off some of the big stuff I've done recently!

So had a busy afternoon fitting parts......

So auto lights was first up on the agenda.

Image

Mounted the sensor in the tray from the centre of the dash board like so

Image

All working fine but does make my side lights flash when I turn the ignition on.

Had my Bury hands free fitted as well.

Image

Next up was this....

Out with the old....

Image

In with the new...

Image

So I also had my chrome ring to go round the headlight switch but it's tight an fits getting dark now to carry on fiddling.....

Your sidelights will have flickered before. Its part of the check.
Was the auto lights simple to do? I miss that from my mk5 r32.
