Totally agree Dan and couldn’t trust buying an engine and gearbox without listening and trying them first. So when I did my Audi 3.2 V6 conversion and the current R36 dsg conversion i bought donor cars each time and ran them for a few months first to iron out any potential issues! Bit more expensive in the long run but by far the best and most efficient route in my humble opinion

My main advice is................. DON'T DO IT  Be prepared for stress, annoyance, and an empty bank account for the rest of your life

Good luck with your build though. Look forward to seeing what you create.

What’s to say I haven’t already..................

Nah, can’t see myself ever doing something this involved [and expensive] ever again.

You’ve kept it quiet if you have

I do understand what you’re saying, creating something like you have, the stress levels can rocket. I found that renovating my house.

Been very quiet on here! Not much to update other than another magazine feature! This time its GTi Magazine Finland who are using the photos that MA Photowrx took at Trax Donington last year. Will try and get hold of a copy.
