The ride height of the Cross is exactly the same as the other 2WD models. The AWD Cross and non-Cross are slightly higher at the back to accommodate the rear diff. These tyres add about another 15mm to the height (which at its lowest point on a Caddy is about 150mm).

Thanks for the reply,
So if I don't have 312mm discs, putting 205/70/15 shouldn't be a problem, oh I'm excited(simple things)

I'm not clued up on disc sizes on Caddys, but if your's can take 15" rims then it can take the (slightly) bigger tyre. I don't know how it will fare if it has been lowered. There is about a 10-15mm clearance on the inside of the rear tyre to the closest point on the rear inner fender (or plastic mudguard, whatever you want to call it).

Fitted T5 indicator repeaters. No modifications to the car (including wiring) were necessary. Just a bit of Dremeling on the plastic.

Do you have pictures of your headlights and the work you did on them?

Was it a lot of work?

There are pictures in this thread. I made a "how to" guide:

https://caddy2k.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=25064

It's a fair amount of work, by far the hardest part was figuring out the coding, as noone (on here) really knew and I had to figure out a lot of it myself. That info is all in the "how-to" thread now.

There's also this if it helps:

Cape Town is ridiculously beautiful, not a lot of cities in this world that can compete... ;)

This is what I wrote on another thread at the time:

"I didn't want to (and wouldn't) modify the car, when you can just modify the plastic with a Dremel. You need to cut the clip off the one end, and grind that end down a bit so that when you use the "badge tape" it won't protude from the bodywork. I also ground the other end down a bit and replaced the tape that was on there.

As far as the electrics go, you can swap out the original clear bulb with the orange one that comes with the new repeater. Then fold the rubber from the original down as far as it can go, put the old holder into the new repeater as far as it can go and fold the rubber up again around the new repeater "barrel". Works a charm, zero modification to the car. :)"

Do you have a repeater on a double-sided tape? no longer fixed? I understood correctly?
