New front splitter fitted, lowered the rear one notch and gave it a wash in the sunshine.

Mate credit where it's due. That's looks love the colour of your van and all the subtle mods too. I didn't realise that 8.5 wheels would be catching the sliding door. I have the maxi but same shape, wondering if i will have a problem with 8.5 too

Thanks. It only touched the ply lining so I've removed it from the sliding door now and it's fine. The tyres have rubbed a hole through the arch liner on the inside at the back of the rears on both sides  so I've removed those now too until I can work out a permanent solution.

It's a wheel sealant from Gtechniq. It stops dirt, brake dust and basically any road grime from sticking to the surface which protects them and makes washing them a breeze. I've done all my windows with the glass sealant too which makes water run straight off with the added benefit of reducing the amount of ice build up on the screen. Good stuff.

It only took half of that small bottle to do the whole set of wheels inside and out actually. I thought the same thing when I saw it. It's easy to apply, just wipe on with the supplied cotton pads and buff off with a microfibres cloth. It's supposed to work for a year or so I think? There's a short video about it if you google it. I buy all of my cleaning/detailing products from Slims detailing, always had great service from those guys.

What about if you just raise the suspension a little?

 That'd be far too easy, I want it sitting lower than it is rather than higher :D

Been ticking over doing all the little details on the van recently.

Made some solid bulkhead covers with a removable panel on the passengers side so I can fit my fishing rods through the hole.

Bought some secondhand Touran mouldings off here and fitted them. It's a very time consuming job removing all the old tape and glue from the old mouldings but you have to do it properly before painting.

A real bastard of a job getting this stuff off the van after removing the old mouldings.

Got there in the end though
