@Hef, speaking of spanner’s and hammers. I live by the 2 hammer teacup rule. If something doesn’t work, I smack it with my hammer. If it still doesn’t work, I smack it with my bigger hammer. If after that, it still doesn’t work, I go have a cup of tea.
I wind the shirts up in work with that. It works.......especially when I show them my hammer collection!

Getting bits done on my new bumper while I have free time on my hands. I can’t just sit inside and do nothing so I’m glad that I managed to get everything together so I have all the parts to finish the bumper completely over the coming days.

Firstly I’ve prep’d and clear coated my grill and the lower carbon wrapped section, plus the carbon side trims.

Love a bit of pearlescent flake pop Image

Then I’ve fitted the bumper onto my van so I can wet flat and polish it. It’s impossible to do it while it’s flapping around on trestles so much better to bolt it up solid on the van. It’s currently been wet flatted with P1500, I’ll go over it again tomorrow with P2000 then P3000 before bringing the gloss up with 3 stages of polishing.
