Cheers @james400, I much prefer it to the last one.

Also changed the coin tray and buttons to a newer one

changed all the pins, it turns on and off, lights up red when the lights are on but when you turn it off with no lights on it doesn’t go amber like the older one. I assume I’ve wired it up for the facelift and not a pre. Would anyone happen to have the pin outs for the pre facelift?

Great build Brooneye, and fab pictures posted throughout. I’ve resisted customising my van for 8 years but the corona virus has presented me with the time to do some mods on mine. Love the front bumper in particular. Obvious choice for me is to go down the Touran route but would love to install something similar to yours. The mirrors will be first as the wind noise is awful. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Brooneye's build

Today’s job was to replace the broken bellows on both doors, was a bit apprehensive at first but found the second easier. Some how managed to break the top tabs on them

Hopefully get a few more jobs done over the next couple of days

It’s a complete new bellow. It was a case of in pinning the complete block, remove old bellow, put nee bellow on, re pin block, click block, then bellow back into place, admire your work and test to make sure everything works as it should

And do you have a part number for this? I think I have no choice but to do the same thing as you.

Great build, looking good.
Do you have a part number for the clocks? Or what cars are fitted with them?
Just to add to my ever growing list :D

Great work! Apologies if I missed this, but are you going to have rear seats with no windows? I'm considering the same as kids will probably only go in there once in a while but wondering how loopy it will send them not having windows!

Thanks Mtb993

There will be no windows, I’ll only use them occasionally but wanted the option if I needed them

After running out of time and daylight towards the backend of last year and also the change in weather, I finally bought and fitted the new double fans for the air con and also finished off some wiring.

Tomorrow’s job weather permitting is more wiring
