I’d definitely trim the duct rather than cutting up the adblue tank. Then matt black the tank where it’s visible through the duct if it’s not already black.
You could gently heat the tank up in the offending area and carefully reshape it but it’s risky and it would need to be empty.
Ah some good ideas there. Thanks! I’d not considered those
Unfortunately the tanks don’t come cheap some I’m swaying away from fiddling with it
For 60 quid and a bit of a stab it’s worth trimming the ducts down first. Gonna attack it with the grinder at the wk end

Looking really good dude I need to get mine sat like yours ! Did removing the roof bars leave holes that need filling?
Thanks dude
Yeah. I had to order some screws from TPS. There’s a gem part for them
Took a bit of trial and error getting to fit nice with the duct issue. But took it on and off and 300 times and trimmed it down a bit each time until it fitted nicely
A battery angle grinder, a hacksaw, a hammer and chisel, just the tool you need to fit a bumper.
End result looks great buddy, I can't wait to see it.

Don’t forget the tape measure! Just so I could clout it in exactly the right place!
