Ok guys been on here a while now and never posted pics so here goes

few mods done already
spec is 1.9tdi 104bhp 07 reg
mk5 golf gt seats
window tints
lowered on kw coilovers
pioneer head unit
headlights split and painted black
mirror covers painted

Looks like a good start and some nice wheels will finish it nicely

How hard is it to split the headlights? Is it the same as it was on my old 200? warm them in the oven then re silicone them back together?

Yer mate but i used a heat gun instead of the oven dont think wife would of been to happy in the new oven.
Once i did that i got the trusty old spray gun out and some corvette gloss black and sprayed the silver part.
then baked in the oven for few hours to set, put back togeather and re silled with silicone black but left a gap
for heat to despence or may fog up.

Ok guys been working hard on the van today had big deliver from tps loughton

Rear bumper
Front bumper
Front grill
Front lower grills
Front lower grill

So got to the body shop early to start the prep on the bumpers

Also picked up wheels from referbs then went back to work at lunch to fit the tyres
And get them on.
